Rent a flat in Buenos Aires

If you prefer to have your own place and intimacy, the best option for you is to rent a flat. These flats, as the family houses, are always located in good neighbourhoods. There are one room apartments, which have the essential things to live: a bed, a table, chairs, an armchair, TV with cable, air-conditioner, a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stove (and of course all the necessary for cooking), a bathroom, towels and bedclothes.

There are two room apartments which have the living room and the bedroom separate. The services are the same of the one room apartment, tho. Prices include everything except the phone use. To rent an apartment you have to pay the month in advance and one month as a deposit that will be refunded at your departure.
